If you are interested in becoming a Franchise Merchant for UNIQUE BREEDABLES:

Requests will be handled on an individual basis and UB Franchise Stores are limited.
Submission of request does not imply you will definitely get a store.
If you request a UB Franchise Store, UB will look into it and contact you as soon as possible.

WE WILL NOT PLACE A STORE AT ANY LOCATION THAT DOESNT ACCEPT
OUR PRICE POLICY WITH BARRELS OR LIVE UB BREEDABLES

We have a few requirements for you to be eligible for a Franchise Store !

- You have to fill out a UB Franchise Store Request Notecard
- You can find the notecard at the UB MAINSTORE, drop it in the Application Box
- We will only place 1 Franchise Store on a Sim
- We DO NOT place Stores on Adult Land or Mainland!
- You have to own at least 1/4 of a Sim
- Your land has to have public access at all times
- Our main Avatar needs rez rights on your land
- It is NOT allowable to place other Items on/in the Franchise Store
(such as Vendors, Trees, Flowers ect.)
- Unique Breedables has the right to withdraw the Franchise Store at any times without a warning
- We will not tolerate GOING OUT OF BUSINESS SALES at Franchise Store locations !
(or any other Sales that you can think of that will make you drop your prices to no matter what for 1k)

The location of your store will be published on the Unique Breedables Website
and at the Mainstore including a SLURL/Landmark (Store Locations )

FRANCHISE STORE COMISSION

Every month the comission that any franchise store receives will be calculated based
on the sales made the previous month. The better the franchise store performs, the
more comission they can receive. The breakdown is as follows:

The comission amounts will be calculated and changed every month, so do your best to attract breeders to your regions.
